DAO Rules
The Feet DAO teams believes that the community is the foundation of every successful project and thus places a high level of value on all input provided by our members. Therefore, every holder of $Feet will always be able to set a proposal.
Proposals that are submitted and reach a 10% quorum may be eligible for an execution by the DAO team. If the majority of the 10% approve the proposal, then it will be reviewed by the DAO team. All three members of the DAO must approve of the proposal before initiating an execution of actions on behalf of the project.
Proposals that are submitted and reach a 30% quorum will be submitted for execution by the DAO Team. If the majority of the 30% approve the proposal, then it will be reviewed by the DAO team. One member of the DAO may choose to reject the proposal and provide their reasons for the community and other DAO members to consider.
Proposals that are submitted and reach a 50% quorum will be submitted for execution by the DAO Team. If the majority of the 50% approve the proposal, then it will be reviewed by the DAO team. Two members of the DAO may choose to reject the proposal and provide their reasons for the community and other DAO members to consider.
Proposal that are submitted and reach a 70% quorum will lead to a direct execution by the DAO team. If the majority of the quorum approves the proposal, then it will be executed unless all three members of the DAO reject the proposal. The DAO team must submit their reasons for the rejection. A secondary submission and approval with a 70% quorum will be executed regardless of the DAO team’s input.
Meet the team
FeetMeister:
The heel of the project. Providing drive by mananging the DAO team and by actively seeking new ventures and partnerships in the Web 3.0 Space. Alongside FeetLord, FeetMeister took over the project from the collection creator, FeetDev. FeetDev and FeetLord are no longer with the project, however FeetMeister has taken charge and enlisted the help of Manny X and Manny W. FeetMeister is an anonymous project leader who continues to drive the project despite the challenges presented in the crypto and meme coin market. FeetMeister maintains several Web 3.0 connections on a global level and will to continue to serve the project for as long as it remains on the blockchain.

Manny X (MX):
The sole of the project. Providing passion and purpose to the project. Upon the takeover of FeetLabs HQ, Manny X joined as a moderator and as the primary host of Feety Friday live spaces and is currently the Community Manager. As a music artist, MX created the first Feetlabs endorsed single "Feet Pix". M X seeks to play a role in making an impact on the feet modeling market, especially as a pioneer in the market shift from Web 2.0 to Web 3.0. MX has earned the trust and respect of the community and is entrusted with the community manager role on all platforms.
Manny W (MW):
The big toe of the project. Providing direction by gathering feedback. Starting off as a vocal community member who focused on providing informative X post threads (formerly Tweet threads). He was recruited by FeetMeister and MX as a moderator and eventually the three team members were formed into the current DAO team. MW provides direction for the project by gathering and sharing ideas in the community which enables him to determine what will best serve the community as well as the project. MW is an avid writer in his free time and hopes to help shape the foundation of the project by utilizing knowledge gained from his studies involving public administration, government from the local to international level, and globalization.
